Harris CM strengthens its board of directors and appoints a new chief executive

Harris CM, a multi-disciplinary construction company based in Yorkshire, has completed a restructuring at board level and appointed a new chief executive, as it aims for strong operational growth and a turnover of £70million this year.

Neil Silcock has been named Managing Director and will assume overall operational responsibility from Jason Adlam, who will continue as CEO of Harris CM, focusing on building new and existing relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, Jason will continue to deliver real estate development projects, which have become a key growth area for the company over the past few years.

Silcock brings a wealth of experience to this position having spent the past 14 years with construction company Simpson (York) Limited, where he was Managing Director for the past five years.

Additionally, Rhys Davies has been named chief financial officer of Harris CM. The position will form part of his broader role as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Tate Group, which is led by Harris CM Chairman, Shane Tate, who provides strategic direction, while providing opportunities in the areas of industrial, business and commercial development. residential.

The board also includes Commercial Director Jason Collins and Construction Director James Phillips.
