Retail Technology Show 2022 Innovation Awards Shortlist Announced

The shortlist for Retail Technology ShowThe 2022 Innovation Awards have been announced, with the top 10 tech picks among innovations showcased at the new flagship retail event that brings together Europe’s most forward-thinking retailers and leading tech innovators.

A pillar of the Retail Technology Show’s commitment to showcasing the most progressive innovations that help move retail businesses forward, the awards celebrate and recognize the most cutting-edge technologies with the power to transform retail operations.

Selected from over 200 retail technology vendors who will be exhibiting at the show, taking place April 26-27, 2022 at London’s Olympia, the shortlist for the Retail Technology Show’s 2022 Innovation Awards is:

Attensi – (Booth 6B58) – A fun training solution, Attensi helps retailers reinvent the way they develop, motivate and reward their staff, empowering retail teams to deliver the performance needed to drive real, measurable impact . Immersive 3D gaming solutions are powered by the best knowledge of the human race, learning and development and games, providing an interactive and engaging experience for employees on any device.

Cegid – (Booth 6C80) – Global unified commerce provider Cegid’s Live Retail Store solution is a new generation of in-store collaborative applications, designed to streamline customer journeys and help deliver the most efficient omnichannel experience. By combining offline and online shopping journeys seamlessly into a unified commerce platform, it enhances the customer experience and ensures retailers never miss a sale.

Datalogic – (Booth 6B88) – Shortlisted for its new packing bench solution, the Matrix 320 helps retailers and e-commerce teams improve operational efficiency to streamline online order picking and packing. With ergonomic top-mounted integrated scanners, the solution processes the scanning of items making up an order, helping to increase productivity, save man-hours and improve order accuracy.

Dayrize – (Booth 6A50) – With the growing demand for green retail, Dayrize’s sustainability-focused solution offers advanced impact measurement technology, providing transparency throughout a product’s lifecycle, making it easier for consumers and businesses to understand – and ultimately reduce – their environmental impact.

InVue – (Booth 6E48) – Shortlisted for its NE360 mobile payment solution, which gives retailers freedom and flexibility when choosing payment systems. It combines any tablet or mobile device, any payment terminal and any operating system at any time to create a flexible mobile point-of-sale (POS) solution

myPOS – (Booth 6J41) – The myPOS Glass is a point-of-sale software application that allows any retailer to accept payments through cards, mobile wallets and NFC wearable devices on a mobile phone, transforming any Android phone into a point-of-sale terminal, so payments can be made effortlessly anywhere.

OneStock – (Booth 6A48) – The Omnichannel Order Management Solutions (OMS) provider’s Delivery Promise helps retailers deliver premium online shopping delivery experiences, while prioritizing sustainability. Single, omnichannel inventory visibility provides accurate inventory availability data and is unified on a single platform to view the most efficient delivery methods, associated lead times, and carbon footprints of each order.

PFS – (Booth 6J79) – RetailConnect by PFS is a cloud-based omnichannel solution that complements an existing OMS to automate and streamline in-store order fulfillment operations. Integrated with an e-commerce platform, it uses a batch picking process and lightweight components to organize picking, packing and shipping operations in a retail store to increase productivity and reduce mistakes.

Red Ant – (Booth 6D85) – Selected for its customer management app which gives store associates the tools, content and information they need to deliver a truly personalized customer experience, ranging from in-depth customer insights streamlined, fully personalized communications and seamless payment, in-store and online.

StorIQ – (Booth 6B01) – The retail task and operations management platform is designed to drive retail productivity and increase sales through high in-store execution, bringing together communications in store, task management, visual merchandising compliance, and store visits in one app.

The shortlist was curated by an industry-leading judging panel, comprised of retail executives from the Retail Technology Show’s advisory board as well as industry experts, including Andrew Busby of Retail Reflections and Editor-in-Chief and Analyst independent of Retail Connections, Chris Field.
